This project involved designing a user-friendly and visually appealing UI/UX for an employment application. The client provided initial requirements in an MS Word document, followed by discussions via chat calls. With the freedom to design creatively, I crafted an intuitive interface that was approved by the client on the first submission without any requested changes.

• Intuitive Navigation: Designed a clean and simple navigation structure to guide users through the application process effortlessly.
• Form Optimization: Created user-friendly forms for personal information, work history, and document uploads, minimizing user friction.

Design Process:

• Requirement Analysis: Analyzed the client’s MS Word document to understand the core requirements and user flow for the employment application.
• Wireframing: Developed low-fidelity wireframes to map out the structure and layout, focusing on usability and functionality.
• Prototyping: Created high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, incorporating client feedback from chat calls to refine the design.
• Creative Freedom: Leveraged the client’s approval for a free-hand design approach to create a modern and user-centric interface.
• Client Approval: Delivered the final design, which was accepted on the first submission, reflecting the effectiveness of the design process.
